Personalized Order – Terms and Conditions

At American Rev Limited, we offer a specialized service to help you import and purchase the American vehicle of your choice. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing a personalized order.

 

• To initiate a personalized order, customers must provide detailed information about the vehicle they wish to import, including the make, model, year, and any additional specifications or features.

 • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order. The amount of the deposit will be discussed and agreed upon before the order is confirmed.

 

• While we strive to meet all specific requests, vehicle availability depends on various factors, such as stock levels in the U.S., manufacturing schedules, and shipping availability. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

• If a requested vehicle becomes unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative option that meets your needs.

 

• The final price of the vehicle is dependent on the market value at the time of the order, including shipping, import taxes, customs duties, and other associated fees.

• Any additional costs, such as specific upgrades or customizations, will be communicated and agreed upon prior to placing the order.

 

• A 30% deposit is required to initiate the order. The remaining balance will be due upon the vehicle’s arrival in New Zealand, prior to final delivery or pick-up.

 • All payments must be made through approved payment methods. We do not accept cash for personalized orders.

 

• Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the vehicle, shipping schedules, and customs clearance. While we provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order, unforeseen delays may occur, such as shipping issues or import/export processing times.

• We will notify you of any changes or delays in the expected timeline and provide regular updates throughout the process.

 

• Once the order is placed and confirmed, any changes to the specifications or vehicle features may result in additional charges and delays.

• We will attempt to accommodate modifications, but certain requests may not be possible if the vehicle is already in transit or being processed.

 

• The deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to procure the specified vehicle due to availability issues beyond our control.

• If you choose to cancel the order after confirmation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, you may apply the deposit toward a future purchase from American Rev Limited within 12 months.  

 

• Upon arrival of the vehicle, a full inspection will be conducted to ensure it meets the agreed-upon specifications. You will be notified once the vehicle is ready for pick-up or delivery.

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle. After this time, we assume you have accepted the vehicle as-is.

 

• Personalised order vehicles may come with manufacturer or third-party warranties, depending on the make and model. We will provide information on applicable warranties before finalizing the order.

• Warranty claims are subject to the terms of the respective warranty provider and may not be handled directly by American Rev Limited. By placing a personalized order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for further clarification.
